First of all, who we are not. We are not related to JamBands.com or the Relix Media Group. Nor do we represent any of the bands which appear on this web page. We are a completely independent project based in Europe. We also do not represent the bands presented here. For official business, you should contact with the bands themselves.

This site was conceived as a means to grow the Jam Band scene in Europe, providing the most accurate, up to date information possible on the widest range of Jam Band Artists, both here and in the states. An opportunity for Artists to get their message out to new fans and for the community to share their news and opinions.

About the Editor

Joshua Bogen is a forty-something veteran of the late 80's Grateful Dead tours, back when the term "Jam Bands" didn't exist and "Bay Area Rock" was the closest thing. He is also a particular fan of the NYC jam scene of the same era and counts Dreamspeak as one of his favorite bands. A Harvard graduate, he makes considerably less money than he expected when he finished school, but on the other hand his day job leaves him enough free time to maintain this site. Originally from the east coast of the U.S., he lives in Valencia, Spain with his wife ,Gloria, and their sons, Robert and Jacob.

This site is dedicated to my wife, Gloria, who gave me the domain registry as a Christmas present and supports this project wholeheartedly despite her indifference to jam band music. It is also dedicated to my grandfather, Pat Ciricillo (1909-1978), jazz trumpet player who jammed with some of the greatest legends of the jazz age.
